Back in the Smack

Yes, we are all togather now back in our favorite place! We have had an eventful week in our first week back. Isaac started out the week by having an allergic reaction to the prescription he was taking and we spent a good part of Wednesday in the emergency department. But no lasting damage done so we're OK. Also we have new downstairs neighbours now that like to smoke on the sly (or not so sly) and then whenever we ask them about it they flat out deny it or tell us it's their cooking. Apparently they like to make a special 'club sandwich and fish fry' that remarkably smells like cigarettes!

Isaac has also figured out the we regularly have ice cream in the freezer and has started demanding a bowl now and then. He was devastated yesterday when I finally drew the line and would not allow him to have ice cream for breakfast.

Despite the rough patches it's good to be back and see our friends and most important, to be together again.
