After two months of deliberation and consultation with many doctors, Andrew's pediatric orthopedic surgeon decided today that Andrew's foot was indeed slightly clubbed. We began the serial casting today. Andrew was a good sport about it all and charmed all the nurses and doctors with his smiles and giggles. Now that he is home, I think he is having second thoughts about his cast but we are hoping that he will get used to it because he will be wearing a cast for about a month (we hope). We are grateful that he was able to finally begin his treatment and we are praying the his foot will correct quickly!

Oh wow! Poor guy. Except better now than later when he is trying to crawl or worse walk. I hope this solves the problem.

That has got to be the cutest little patient around.
Andrew is so darling . It was fun to sign his cast. He is so patient and sweet natured and i think you are just the right mom for him.
